Terms of Service

These terms apply to anyone who creates an account on or uses Dragon HRM SaaS. By using the service you agree to them.

1. The service
Dragon HRM SaaS is software for managing a company's employees: records, attendance, leave, payroll, recruitment and related work. Features available to a company depend on its subscription plan.

2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you think an account has been misused. A company is responsible for the accounts it creates for its own staff.

3. Your data
A company owns the records it enters and is responsible for having the right to enter them. It must follow the employment and data-protection law that applies to it. We use those records only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.

4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to access another company's information, to interfere with the service or its security, or to send unsolicited messages. We may suspend an account that does.

5. Plans, payment and trials
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period chosen. A trial ends on the date shown; after it, continued use needs a paid plan. Prices may change, and a change applies from the next billing period.

6. Ending the service
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms. After an account ends, its records may be deleted, so export anything you need to keep first.

7. Availability
We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided as it is, without a promise that it will never be interrupted or that it is free of errors. Figures the service calculates, including payroll, should be checked before they are relied on.

8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or profit, arising from the use of the service.

9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will show the new version here. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting it. Questions can be sent through the contact form on the home page.
